How do you know if real estate is the right career for you?
The Real Estate Simulator is an Internet-based tool, which recreates the real-life challenges real estate sales people encounter each day. By using the Simulator you will get a taste for what a career in real estate is like.
The Simulator allows you to:
- Play the role of a real estate sales person
- Interact with virtual clients interested in buying or selling property
- Discover how you measure up against the top performers in the industry.
The Simulator comprises a series of videos, depicting prospecting and selling situations.
At a critical point in each video, you must answer how you would deal with the situation (choose a multiple-choice option). You also have to answer 40 cognitive questions and 60 personality-based questions.
The entire test takes 45 to 60 minutes. At the end, you will get a score, which indicates how likely you are to succeed in real estate.
